ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate/manage the requisition of temporary employment.
- Support in ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures regarding temporary employees.
- Ensure all temporary associates work, arrive at work on time and properly document their times.
- Conduct temporary associate orientation on an as needed basis. Conduct required performance check as appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between temporary associates and client supervisors to resolve and issue in a productivity or other issues that may arise.
- Build top of mind awareness through in person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increase business with the on-site.
- Consistently exceed client and talent expectations and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.
- Does data entry into Masis Staffing Solutions proprietary employee/applicant tracking system, maintains accurate records, and keeps system current.
- Coordinates drug testing and fitness determinations appointments.
- Ensure timecards have the necessary fields and approval to meet industry best practices.
- Send collected payroll data to the payroll department by specified deadline.
- Manage and maintain a professional working relationship with all client managers and temporary associates.
- Respond to all requests from Supervisors.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of high volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
- Minimum 2 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Ability to inspire, coach and develop others through a shared vision and purpose.

- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to successfully communicate with all levels of workforce.
- Proven leadership and team development (lead self, lead others, lead forward.)
