Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team at Nip Tuck Remodeling. This role is vital in ensuring the financial health of our projects and operations, allowing us to continue delivering exceptional remodeling services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounting including payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage sub-contractor information and compliance to insurance & licensing requirements
- Local and state tax filing & coordinating annual reports for CPA
- Credit card & banking reconciliations
- Support sales in preparing construction contracts
- Support production with change orders and purchase orders as they relate to accounting
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Generate financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Misc. administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting roles with a strong understanding of debits and credits.
- Familiarity with accrual accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Quickbooks and specifically with construction job cost accounting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Location
Our office is located 10 minutes from Woodinville. You would be expected to be in office FT during the 90 day onboarding process and then you may be eligible to work remotely 2-3 days per week provided that you have a dedicated home office.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
