We are looking for a Operations Assistant to perform a variety of office administrative and clerical tasks and duties, such as providing support to our managers, assisting in daily office assignments, tasks and performing our company’s administrative needs and day to day activities on numerous projects. The position is in-office at our location in Los Angeles 90036 (Bilingual English/Spanish)

NO PRIOR REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AS THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL BE TRAINED.

WORK DESCRIPTION - DUTIES:

Work includes assisting with the following:

-Coordination of company’s required projects and tasks on a day-to-day basis;

-General various office assistant tasks;

-Perform various duties for the company;

-Perform various administrative and office duties as directed by the Company;

-Perform other essential duties as assigned and/or required;

-Management and overseeing of vendors, trades and service providers to estimate, bid projects and scheduling;

-Management of the on-site employees and maintenance crew at properties to ensure all maintenance, repair, and tenant improvement projects are monitored and completed properly;

-Management and communications with tenants to ensure high quality service and resolution to any tenant issues;

-Coordinate showings of vacant spaces to prospective tenants;

-Monitor purchasing of materials needed for projects and making inventory list of items purchased such as tools, etc.;

-Perform various administrative and office duties as directed by the Company;

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Must have excellent project management skills, proven ability to drive projects to completion;

- Strong organizational and analytical skills - ability to plan/think ahead, manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously;

- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

- Must be organized and be able to pay attention to details;
- Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with existing and prospective customers and vendors;

-Reliable, dependable, self-managed, ability to work with little direction, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism;

- Proven project management skills -- proven ability to drive ideas to completion;
- Self-motivated and ability to motivate others;
- Problem solver personality;
- Computer proficiency including Excel, Word, and Outlook

-Valid Driver's License, transportation.

Job Types: Part-time, Full Time, Temporary and/or Contract (depending upon final agreement at Employer’s discretion).

Pay range: $20.00 through $32.00 per hour (Pay is based on experience, abilities, skills, terms of the contract and final agreement at Employer’s discretion).
