Whether we're guiding students on their path to becoming professional pilots or flying guests over breathtaking landscapes, safety, professionalism, and customer service are always our top priorities.
We’re currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team and help lead the daily logistics that keep our aircraft flying, our instructors teaching, and our customers smiling.
About the Role
The Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our flight school and tour programs. You’ll oversee scheduling, customer service, regulatory compliance, personnel coordination, and resource management to ensure we meet our training and tour commitments with excellence and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for flight training and tour services
- Oversee student and tour scheduling, aircraft availability, and instructor assignments
- Act as primary liaison between management, instructors, students, and customers
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, TSA requirements, and company policies
- Coordinate key HR functions, including onboarding and training new hires
- Monitor and improve customer experience from first contact to post-flight follow-up
- Recruit, train, and support front desk and operations staff, as needed
- Assist with business development projects, marketing coordination, and reporting
- Manage and create content for the company's social media
Requirements
- Prior operations or management experience in aviation, transportation, tourism, or related fields
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
- Working knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, TSA) preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software
- Availability to work weekends or holidays, as needed
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in helicopter or flight school operations
- FAA pilot certificate (any level) is a plus, but not required
- Passion for aviation and customer experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
