About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our closed-door pharmacy. This critical role is responsible for managing teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Ensure timely, high-quality pharmacy services for skilled nursing facility partners.
- Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to the Operations Quality Assurance Committee.
- Collaborate with clinical pharmacy teams to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of pharmacy software systems to improve efficiency.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to staff, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
- Promote continuous improvement through training, development, and performance feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive initiatives to improve quality and operational effectiveness
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and maintain the highest standards of patient privacy and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years proven leadership experience demonstrating successful results, required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in staff training and development

Compensation & Perks
Salary: $55,000–$75,000
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Employee
