The Opportunity
Join our operations team as Operations Manager and drive operational excellence across customer relationships with major retail accounts. This strategic role combines customer onboarding, compliance management, and process optimization to support our sales objectives with partners like Home Depot, Lowe's, and Costco. You'll lead cross-functional coordination and play a key role in our growth as a publicly traded company.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer onboarding across Sales, Fulfillment, Supply, and Customer Service teams for major retail accounts
- Serve as primary CRM administrator, maintain customer records in ERP systems, and manage vendor portal relationships
- Maintain accurate product specifications, pricing, and availability across retail platforms and execute new product rollouts
- Document and improve customer setup workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements
- Oversee compliance operations, regulatory requirements, cycle counting procedures, and vendor certifications
- Coordinate logistics setup, support manufacturing on customer requirements, and assist sales with operational questions
What We're Looking For
- 5 years in customer operations, account management, or retail vendor relations with proven success in complex environments
- Strong experience with big-box retailer systems, EDI processes, and vendor portal management
- Advanced ERP systems and database management proficiency with strong Excel skills for data analysis
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Experience implementing process improvements with measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
