Job Title: Operations Manager / Process Improvement / Quality Control
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to oversee product quality, develop KPI's, manage inventory & warehouse organization, and develop process improvement. The ideal candidate has experience in oper, and capable of leading process improvements while supporting both warehouse operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
- Conduct in-person inspections of equipment to ensure they meet quality and packaging standards.
- Manage and implement our Quality Control Guidelines.
- Order replacement parts for defective or incomplete machines.
- Test machines for sound (decibel testing) and functionality.
- Audit packaging methods and collaborate with the team to improve protection during shipping.
- Develop and refine QC systems to streamline inspections and track recurring issues.
- Maintain ISO 9001 standards and, ideally, contribute Six Sigma practices (certification preferred).
- Lead and communicate effectively with a team of 12–15 Spanish-speaking warehouse staff.
- Identify patterns in supplier errors and create product-specific checklists for common issues.
- Develop KPI's and other systems to motivate employees, and monitor performance
- Process Improvement to improve speed and Efficiency
- Manage inventory labeling and organization of WASP systems.
- Assist in creating assembly videos for our equipment
- Assist in photographing and documenting product dimensions and specifications.
- Drive between 2 warehouse locations to coordinate workflow and consistency.
- Help develop analytics systems to track warehouse worker performance and process efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements in safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Assist with customer-facing tasks, such as FaceTime calls to showcase equipment, technical support, and general inquiries.
- Ensure shelves are labeled and inventory is up to date across both warehouse locations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and Quality Control
- Experience in warehouse, and / or manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, especially with fitness or similar equipment.
- Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking ability is required to communicate with the warehouse team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across locations.
- Basic understanding of decibel testing, product inspection, and quality systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory management tools
- Proficiency with computers; ability to use project management software (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (for driving between nearby warehouses).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Prior leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
