Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including returned mail handling.
Assist with scanning, imaging, and filing of documents and member records.
Assist with document retention and archival tasks in accordance with the credit union’s record retention policy.
Complete basic verifications such as Verifications of Deposit, Social Security, and mortgage account verifications.
Respond to requests for member account statements, documents, or account status confirmations.
Assist with gathering documentation related to subpoenas, search warrants, and other legal requests.
Support monthly account closure reviews to ensure proper record maintenance.
Help maintain operational supplies, including monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed.
Operate office equipment such as postage machines and scanners.
Review mortgage appraisals for completeness and compliance.
Assist in preparing and organizing materials for credit union events or internal projects.
Provide support for IRA and HSA account maintenance and documentation.
Help prepare materials for audits or regulatory exams, including pulling reports and gathering supporting
documentation.
Support special projects, cross-training efforts, and backup coverage for other operational functions.
Understand and comply with credit union policy, laws, regulations, and the credit union’s BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC
Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and
adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations
and report any suspicious member and/or account activity.
