We are seeking a customer service driven sales associate.
Duties
- Assist patients with selecting appropriate eyewear based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and prescriptions.
- Utilize EMR systems to document patient interactions and updates.
- Provide education on proper eyewear care and usage.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Manage inventory of optical products and supplies, ensuring availability for patients.
- Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including promoting products and upselling services.
- Stay informed about new optical technologies and advancements in the field.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
