Target Optical – Sales Associate (Part-Time & Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

• Create a great experience for every guest who walks in.
• Help customers find frames they love and recommend the best lens options.
• Use tools to take measurements and work with the Optician when needed.
• Build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Keep the store looking fresh and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail or customer service experience (1+ year preferred).
• Comfortable with basic tech (point of sale systems, computers, phones).
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Flexible, motivated, and ready to learn.
