As the Optometric Technician you are an essential part of the team directly assisting the doctor in providing excellent Eye Care.
· Preliminary patient testing
· Input and update patient medical history in EHR.
· Clean, stock and prepare exam rooms for patients.
· Responsible for contact lens orders and keeping stock filled.
· Teach new contact lens wears insertion and removal.
· Answer phones, schedule patients and be familiar with insurance.
· This list is not all-inclusive, as a small office all employee’s work together and help when needed to serve our patients
Ideal candidate will be someone who demonstrates great customer service skills that works effectively with others and has strong computer skills with accuracy.
