Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing/Customer Service Specialist
to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience by accurately processing orders, managing order fulfillment, and coordinating with other departments to resolve any order-related issues. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong problem-solving skills to creatively address challenges as they arise.


Job Summary

Your primary duties will include processing incoming orders, coordinating with internal departments (such as shipping and inventory), resolving order discrepancies, and answering customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
  • Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve processing delays or discrepancies.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding order issues, updates, and resolutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems related to inventory availability, system errors, or customer requests
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate packing, shipping, and delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative, solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
  • Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office
