Briefly describe the position responsibilities: The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order process, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and resolving order-related issues. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, determination and sustained effort in fulfilling responsibilities and meeting deadlines and the ability to collaborate across teams working closely with all aspects of the business including Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution, Marketing, IT, and Customer Care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Communicate effectively with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful on-time delivery of products, samples and marketing materials to customers.
- Collaborate on backlog report issues with Supply Chain or Operations teams to resolution.
- Identify and address escalated or expedited orders or those that require special handling
- Support post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry) and reporting of customer issues
- Enter customer orders in the ERP system and determine the delivery dates
- Support day-to-day operations of our dropship customers.
- Work with IT to resolve any EDI failures.
- Monitor order data for errors and discrepancies
- Maintain and track metrics surrounding customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Order Management Team Lead and/or Manager
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:

- Competent in entire MS Office suite and specifically
- Outlook
- Excel
- Is receptive, flexible, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate within ERP accounting system is preferred, but not mandatory
- Familiar and comfortable with Oracle Order Management, or another ERP order management module.
- Knowledge of online marketplaces
- Excellent written communication skills
Education/Experience:
- At least three years related experience in Order Management/Customer Services and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have a relevant degree such as Bachelor's and High School Degree in Education, Business/Administration, Business, Technical, Graduate, Management, Computer, E-Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems
