Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities include managing phone calls, emails, and researching projects. The position provides customer service to existing and new clients. This role assists in the research coordination for projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Coordinate the proper care of phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, and other forms of correspondence.
- Perform activities such as ordering deeds or related documents to support the Survey Project Teams.
- Assist with organizing and assembling project documents.
Requirements
- · Professional verbal, writing, analytical and PC skills
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines, while balancing multiple priorities, with direction.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools
- Direct to consumer customer service experience
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
