SUMMARY: Our delivery team is looking for Order Pickers that are reliable and hard-working to be able to fulfill revenue center orders accurately and timely, as well as preparing outbound shipments and deliveries for the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for accurately fulfilling physically and systematically purchase orders and transfers
- Abide by FIFO or LIFO methods when pulling inventory to complete and order
- Able to generate and fulfill purchase orders requested from HCC Retail locations and other revenue centers.
- Responsible for picking, packing, preparing, wrapping, palletizing, and labeling of outbound shipments
- Navigate multiple different systems (i.e. MOBE3, Yellow Dog, Acumatica, Starship, etc)
- Efficiently operate daily, iOS devices, laptops, and other electronic devices
- Receive, commit and validate purchase orders.
- Verify inventory manifest accurately by referencing revenue purchase order when fulfilling
- Palletize and prepare requested inventory for all revenue centers
- Follow Pallet Standard Operating Procedure when preparing shipments
- Secure shipments according to requirements
- Record all Lot numbers associated with products are moved to correct locations
- Assist with inventory management and corrections
- Safely operate all equipment such as Forklifts, Hand Trucks, Pallet Jacks and other warehouse equipment in a safe and professional manner
- Abide by all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and is continuously followed
- Abide by all Food Manufacturing guidelines and policies alike
- Log and record all direct food contact supplies according to procedure
- Perform other duties as assigned including housekeeping of common areas, moving of store products and supplies
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Prior forklift experience not required, but preferred
- Being open to learning how to operate a forklift
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to understand and follow oral or written work instructions
- Able to work with all employees and always maintain open communication
- Ability to work overtime and/or flex work hours as required (day or night shifts) including weekends and holidays.
- Able to stand and walk through the scheduled work shifts
- Is able to transit between locations
- Employee is regularly required to lift up to 15lbs and up to 25lbs
- Employee is frequently required to lift up to 50lbs or more
- Employee occasionally required to lift, carry, push or pull 75lbs or more with the assistance of equipment and or other team members
