Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the order reciept and fulfillment process, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software systems to support production planning and procurement activities.
Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders accurately and process in a timely manner, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
- Review order acknowledgments and ensure that all details are correct.
- Utilize existing software spreadsheets and databases for tracking orders and coordinating delivery dates and locations.
- Track shipments and update customers on their order status and shipment details.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors and end users for smooth transactions.
Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically with Excel and Word, and experience with Smartsheet a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Knowledge of procurement practices and vendor management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members, customers and suppliers via email, phone and video calls.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
