Pure Bliss Organics is a family owned, artisan food company that produces gluten free and certified organic granola and snacks. We also create products and co-pack for other companies. We have been in business for 20 years and are passionately dedicated to the organic mission of sustainability and feeding people great tasting, life enhancing food!
We are growing and need to add two team members to keep up with demand! Day to day life in making granola means working 6-2:30, doing everything from baking to making nut butters to packaging products. You will learn everything there is to know about that process. We have a friendly, fun loving but productive environment to offer with a lot of room for growth. We are located in an area that is not accessible via public transportation so we must have a car.
One position is for a prep cook/ lead cook. The other is general warehouse., including helping with shipping and receiving, organization, cleanliness and aslo helping some in the food production/packaging.
Summary
As a Food Production Worker, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our food processing plant, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include food production, manufacturing, and maintaining sanitation standards. With core skills in food processing and premium knowledge of FDA regulations and HACCP, you will ensure compliance with food safety protocols. Your relevant skills in mechanical knowledge and packaging will enhance productivity and quality. Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment for food production while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food processing operations to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and SQF guidelines.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently, maintaining quality control.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and meet daily targets.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have reliable transportation.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
