The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with clients in various sales environments, including door-to-door and outside sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, particularly in the energy sector, with a focus on solar sales. Your role will involve building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door and outside sales strategies to promote energy solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to educate customers on their benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technical or energy-related fields is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in solar sales or energy sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.
