What You'll Do
Patient Care Excellence
- Build trust with patients and families through genuine connection
- Clearly explain treatment progress and next steps
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and care
Team Leadership
- Train and mentor new assistants in clinical skills and practice standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Help maintain efficient clinic flow and scheduling
Clinical Expertise
- Assist with advanced procedures: bonding, debonding, appliance placement
- Work with digital technology: intraoral scanning, 3D printing, patient management software, indirect bonding
- Capture high-quality clinical photos and diagnostic records
- Handle orthodontic emergencies independently when needed
Practice Management
- Manage patient flow and coordinate with front office
- Maintain supply inventory and sterilization protocols
- Review charts and prepare for upcoming procedures
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of orthodontic assisting experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and sterilization
- Proficiency with orthodontic software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient care and professional growth

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
