For many, the fizzy, sweet satisfaction of a soda is a cherished part of their daily routine and cultural experience. However, consumers are increasingly aware of the health implications of traditional sodas, which are often laden with sugar and artificial ingredients. This leaves them in a difficult position: sacrifice a beloved treat for the sake of their health, or indulge and feel the subsequent guilt and negative effects. Customers are actively seeking beverage options that don't force this compromise, wanting a drink that is both delicious and aligns with their wellness goals. They face the challenge of navigating a crowded beverage aisle filled with options that are either high in sugar or disappointingly flat in flavor. Poppi was born from this very challenge. Co-founder Allison Ellsworth, struggling with her own health issues, discovered the benefits of apple cider vinegar but was put off by the taste. She and her husband, Stephen, began experimenting in their home kitchen, determined to create a beverage that was both healthy and crave-worthy. The result is a prebiotic soda that reinvents the category for a new generation. By combining real fruit juice, sparkling water, and the gut-health benefits of apple cider vinegar, Poppi offers a soda experience that customers can feel good about. Each can contains 5 grams of sugar or less and just 25 calories, allowing consumers to enjoy the classic soda flavors they grew up with, without the associated health drawbacks. Poppi is for the modern consumer who refuses to choose between flavor and function, providing a joyful, guilt-free way to satisfy their soda cravings and support their digestive health.
