Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setters to join our team in Midtown Miami. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by reaching out to restaurant owners and setting up appointments for our outside sales representatives. Your work will directly contribute to our success in showcasing our video production services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to restaurant owners to introduce our video production services.
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and interests.
- Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives to meet with restaurant owners.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and appointments.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
