Job Title: Lead Dialer & Appointment Setter
About the Role:
We’re a U.S.-based team helping individuals locate assets. Your job is to call warm leads, explain their opportunity in simple terms, and transfer interested callers to our specialists who help them finish the process.
You’re just starting the conversation, handling basic questions, and connecting people to the help they need. If you’re quick on your feet, great at thinking conversationally, and can handle light objections with ease, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling a list of leads using our dialer system
- Following a simple, proven script (with room to make it your own)
- Leaving friendly, professional voicemails
- Transferring qualified, interested callers to our closers
- Keeping organized notes and updating lead status
- Handling light objections and questions confidently
- Collaborating with the team to improve performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent spoken English with a confident, friendly voice
- Conversationally savvy—can build trust and rapport fast
- Quick thinker who stays calm under pressure
- Able to handle common objections with professionalism
- Reliable internet and quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Consistent, punctual, and willing to grow
- Previous call center, BPO, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
