Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Callers. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting to our products/ services, and setting up appointments or closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a knack for persuasion.
Duties
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.
- Present our products/ services in a clear and compelling manner.
- Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales target.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing roles is preferred.
