Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Ideal candidates will be team players who can follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on various tasks including construction, demolition, and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by disposing of waste materials properly.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in labor or construction-related roles is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
