About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Outdoor Living Consultant who is hungry to build a book of business and make a big impact. This role is perfect for a sales-minded individual who loves people, has an eye for outdoor spaces, and thrives on closing deals. You’ll sell outdoor living enhancements (paver patios, fire pits, seating walls, and more) to homeowners post-close, working closely with our homebuilding partners and local customers.
What You’ll Do
- Sell outdoor living products and services to homeowners and clients, primarily post-close from homebuilder relationships.
- Own the full sales process — from consult to close.
- Follow up on provided leads and create self-generated leads through strategic prospecting.
- Maintain a pipeline that supports $150K–$200K/month in sales.
- Build strong relationships with builders, homeowners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with design, estimating, and production teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Track sales activity in CRM and report regularly on progress.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Sales-minded with a track record of results
- Driven, goal-oriented, and doesn’t wait around for leads to be handed to them
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with homeowners
- Experience in homebuilding, landscaping, or outdoor living preferred
- Located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC
- Valid driver’s license with 3 year driving history
What Success Looks Like
- Closing 12–17 jobs per month ($7,500–$15,000 avg deal size)
- Regular follow-up and excellent pipeline management
- Consistent achievement of revenue targets
- A reputation for delivering WOW-level service to clients
