Commission Only
- Make money from a percentage of each sale
Most of our team earns between $60,000 and $200,000 a year.
We also have daily and monthly bonuses and contests!
Your Job Will Include:
- Knocking on doors and talking to homeowners
- Climbing roofs to check for damage
- Helping people understand and navigate their homeowners insurance
- Meeting with insurance adjusters
- Signing contracts with homeowners
- Setting and reaching monthly goals
- Being polite and professional
What You Need:
- A driver’s license
- Your own car or truck
- Be able to climb roofs
- A positive attitude
- Be a team player
- Good time management
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Stay positive and focused
- Go door-to-door and Interact with homeowners
- Work outside on your own
- Teach customers about roofing and insurance
- Find new customers in your area
- Build trust with the people you help
- Keep track of your work in our system
