We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an outside sales representative making in-person sales calls to customers homes:
- Drive to & inspect customers attics / homes for insulation needs according pre-set appointments and schedule
- Create and share estimates with customers
- Close estimates and potentially schedule jobs
- Create work orders with detailed descriptions for installation team
You will need to be a driven, detail oriented individual, willing to learn, and drive sales without being pushy. No cold calling, all prescheduled appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships in residential and light commercial markets
- Attend in-person appointments with leads provided
- Conduct site visits to evaluate insulation needs and prepare accurate estimates
- Present insulation options and solutions with confidence and clarity
- Prepare proposals and close deals in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on leads, pipeline prospects, and past quotes
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, job notes, and customer interactions
- Schedule jobs / collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Occasionally answer incoming calls and emails
- Prepare detailed work orders for installation team to ensure customer expectations are met for jobs
- Be willing to visit job sites on occasion if necessary and / or handle any customers calls / complaints regarding service delivery
- Collaborate with the team to ensure quality service delivery
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment, offer suggestions for improvements and contribute toward company growth
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED - required
- Experience doing in-person sales / direct sales
- Experience in insulation or construction industry - desired
- Experience in home services - desired
- Experience with customer service - desired
- Computer / tech savvy
- Drivers license
- Willing to submit to background check and clean record
- Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical:
- Potential prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

- Pay: $30,000-$90,000
- Expected hours: 40 / 25 per week
- Additional Pay: Performance bonuses
