Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position
- Strong knowledge of sales presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage accounts and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and drive business development initiatives.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior sales staff, ensuring organizational goals are met.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
