About the Role
SSLift is hiring a driven, people-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our Preventative Maintenance (PM) department. This is a high-energy, on-the-road role where you will build lasting customer relationships and sell essential services, equipment, and training.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing PM services, SSJacks, parts, shop services, and safety training. If you have the drive to meet quotas and enjoy being rewarded for your success, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do
- Visit customer sites to promote and sell PM programs
- Sell safety training, parts, rentals, and shop services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Ensure referred jobs are profitable and completed on time
Earning Potential
In addition to your base pay, you will earn commissions and bonuses for:
- Completed PM sign-ups
- Tire sales and services
- Safety training sales
- Shop job referrals
- Equipment rentals
- SSJack sales
- On-site sign-up bonuses for higher service levels
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (industrial, equipment, or service industry a plus)
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Comfortable traveling daily to customer locations
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
