Job Overview
Flower Shop located in Port Chester, NY is looking to hire an outside sales representative to visit local businesses with our promotional material.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers.
This would be a once or twice per week part time job that would be good for a person that has some free time and is available during the week like a retiree or stay at home mom while kids are in school, etc.
The job entails seeking out new clients for the flower shop by visiting businesses, offices, catering and event venues and other associated businesses to increase our visibility in the area and to make new contacts.
You would be providing our business information, promotional material and flowers to clients you visit.

We are seeking a pleasant, reliable and sales oriented person (some sales experience helpful) with an outgoing personality.
Must have a reliable vehicle to visit various locations in the area.
You will be compensated for your time (hourly) and mileage.

Additional hours available for opening for an inside sales and customer service representative that would include part time hours on Sunday if interested. Will train.
Duties
- Identify and target potential clients through lead generation strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Strong background in sales management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
