The Role:
We are on the hunt for aggressive, hungry, and highly motivated Inside Phone Sales Representatives who love being on the phone and can close deals like pros. If you thrive on competition, are driven by results, and have a passion for sales, this is the job for you. Your mission will be to connect with smoke shops, head shops, and vape shops, building relationships and closing sales that fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to smoke shops, head shops, and vape shops.• Sell premium CBD, Kratom, and THCa Flower products by clearly communicating benefits and overcoming objections.• Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and aggressively close sales to meet and exceed quotas.• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity in our CRM.• Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and improve closing techniques.• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert insights to prospects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven inside phone sales experience, preferably in CBD, Kratom, cannabis-related products, or other consumables.• A true phone sales enthusiast who loves spending their day on the phone and is relentless in pursuit of closing deals.• Aggressive hunter mentality – you seek out opportunities and don’t give up until you win.• Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.• Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry for success.• Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales reporting is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
