Position Overview:
The role of the Outside Supply Point (OSP) Support Analyst provides essential support to Motiva's Fuel Sales and Marketing division within our Commercial organization. It entails the responsibility of facilitating the setup of OSP master data within supported capacities. We are seeking a proactive and adaptable problem solver who can independently address business requirements and challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain master data across various business systems, including TMS, TABs, EZLoad, TIMs, Load 2 Day and Right Angle.
- Supporting terminal review to ensure responsible practices by third party business partners.
- Oversee brand quality across all aspects of finished product sales.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data pertaining to inventory and invoicing.
- Offer support for product-related activities, measurements, and loading operations at both equity and third-party locations.
- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate and address various challenges.
Experience and Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Experience in petroleum terminal operations.
- Experience with systems and processes such as TMS, Load 2 Day, TABs, Fuels Manager, CEMs, and butane injection systems/operations.
- Proficiency in using software applications like Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, Pi, and Power Apps.
- Strong Operational knowledge of terminal operations, Pipeline, regulatory and product quality requirements, rack automation functionality and maintenance practices.
- Demonstrates a motivated and inquisitive mindset, actively engaging in problem-solving and policy enhancement initiatives.
- Displays adaptability in response to unforeseen changes, effectively prioritizing tasks as needed.
