Commercial Overhead Door Technician

Full-time | Performance-Based Pay | $65,000 – $100,000+ per year (based on performance)
ASAP Commercial Doors is hiring experienced Commercial Overhead Door Technicians to join our growing team. We’re looking for professionals who take pride in their work, value safety and efficiency, and want to earn based on their performance.
If you have at least 3 years of experience working on commercial overhead doors and you're ready to level up your career, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Repair, and maintain commercial overhead doors, operators and dock equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Provide options for solution to our customer
- Provide excellent service to our commercial clients
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial overhead door experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be willing to cross-train in related areas (Entry door, storefront, hardware)
