Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for 2 women with medical needs within established policies and procedures. Includes responding to individual's overnight needs, light housekeeping, and assistance with morning personal hygiene tasks.
- Be reliable, attend occasional training and staff meetings.
- Provide documentation to the team and other professionals with regard to the implementation and/or modifications of the resident's individual support plan and daily schedule.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience or education supporting individuals with seizure disorders, developmental disabilities, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
- Must pass a thorough background check, health exam and drug screen.
- Able to speak and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Able to use technology necessary to perform job responsibilities.
- Able to physically perform all duties related to providing residents assistance with activities of daily living and housekeeping.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
