Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with parking their vehicles.
- Manage the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring vehicles are parked securely.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of payments.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures and policies.
- Assist in resolving any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
