Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality checks using gauges and visual inspections to ensure every part meets THK standards.
- Carefully review materials, part numbers, and measurements before starting tasks.
- Follow detailed work instructions, operation sheets, and procedures consistently.
- Apply proper rust-prevention treatments and labeling techniques as needed.
- Keep your workspace neat and safe at all times.
- Safely move materials using equipment when necessary and ensure only approved items move forward in the process.
- Support your team by helping meet production goals and maintaining smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Previous experience (1–2 years) in assembly or processing is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work a full 40-hour week.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
