We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Hybrid Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, schedule visits to assess needs, provide product updates, and introduce new offers.
- Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and sales presentations to prospective clients in PA, NJ, MD, & VA.
- Develop a targeted list of independent retailers and other businesses to prospect while traveling within designated areas.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and potential leads in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as established by the Sales Manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (retail or packaging a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with hybrid work: in-office, in-person visits, occasional travel.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel weekly.
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000/year.
- Commission opportunities: $10,000–$30,000+/year.
