Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, located in Monroe, NC, is looking for a Packaging Operator with a proven track record to join our team. We are the leading manufacturer of pipe and fittings. We are the only manufacturer that offers a complete system of cast iron, PVC, CPVC, ABS and FlowGuard Gold® pipe and fittings for residential and commercial plumbing systems and industrial applications. Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and apply specific quality standards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Identify and separate poor quality parts
- Pack molded parts into boxes
- Lift and carry full boxes of parts from molding machine to pallet (approx. 2 feet)
- Label boxes
- Assemble molded parts
- Keep work area up to 5S housekeeping standards
- Barcode parts correctly
- Adjust case erectors and case sealers as needed
- Maintain constant state of alertness and ability to safely perform all job duties
- work effectively and efficiently with coworkers
- Productively receive information from Material Handlers regarding work related information
- Troubleshoot packaging machine
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 2-2-3 Schedule | 6:00pm - 6:00am
