DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Painter
- Location: Stafford, TX
- Pay: $16-$20/hr
- Hours: Mon-Sat, 6:30am-4:00pm (OT when needed)
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: This position is responsible for mixing paints and applying two-coat applications of primer and topcoat to metal surfaces, ensuring surface preparation and quality standards are met. The associate will also follow safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support continuous improvement initiatives while accurately reporting labor and maintaining company records.
- Requirements: Candidates must have experience with air-driven paint applications and interpreting blueprints, along with a strong focus on craftsmanship, safety, and productivity. Reliability, effective communication, and the ability to follow procedures and escalate concerns are essential.
