We’re hiring a Painter / Porter for our Downtown Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Painter / Porter
- Location: Downtown Houston
- Pay: $17-$18/hr (higher pay considered for experienced candidates)
- Hours: Wed–Fri 10pm–6am, Sat & Sun 8am–5pm (off Mon & Tues)
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: This role involves performing detailed repair painting by hand on damaged parking garages, pillars, and walls, while also assisting with minor repairs like rail or garage panel patching. The position starts with hands-on training and then moves into independent work at various nearby garages within walking distance.
- Requirements: Candidates must be mechanically inclined and able to work independently after initial training; experience with paint repair or light maintenance is a plus. Spanish or English speakers are welcome, and PPE (vests, gloves, etc.) will be provided—no steel-toed boots required.
