Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Painting Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood education, with a focus on developing engaging curricula that foster learning and growth. This role involves educating students of elementary school ages, and requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Must be available weekdays 2:30 to 5:30 pm starting August 11.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the needs of students.
- Maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- A background in curriculum development is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education techniques to support diverse learners is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students of all ages effectively.
