Family Law Paralegal
Locations: Greenville, SC
Compensation: $56,000 – $62,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Status: Full-time, In-Office

Brinkley Law Firm, LLC – a mission-driven family and fertility law boutique – is hiring two full-time paralegals: one for our Charleston office and another for our Greenville office. These openings come as we proudly support two team members heading to law school – a testament to our culture of professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in family law
- Strong working knowledge of family court procedures and staff
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Compassionate, professional, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Clear and effective writing skills – candidates with degrees in English, Journalism, or similar are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys with case prep and court filings
- Help ensure client matters progress on schedule with excellence and empathy
