Our Gilbert, Arizona location is experiencing rapid growth, and we book new clients every week. We are looking for an experienced aesthetic injector who has a passion for helping people and can apply the science of neurotoxins, dermal fillers and biostimulators to the art of enriching one’s facial structure and anatomy. You must -
· Have two plus years of neurotoxin and dermal filler experience, biostimulators a plus.
· Have strong interpersonal communication skills, adept with sales and educating clients.
· Take extra time to educate your clients and create long-lasting treatment plans.
· Uphold the highest quality standards and are conservative with patient care.
· Have a history of advanced injectables training and continuous education.
Job Description
Consult aesthetic patients and provide customized treatment plans based on comprehensive analysis and evaluation.
Well trained with Allergan and Galderma product portfolios and other. Can articulate the pros and cons of various products and utilize what product is best for each individual patient.
Outstanding interpersonal communication, sales, and marketing skills. A brand ambassador!
Partner with estheticians to recommend overall skincare solutions and enhance client’s plan of care.
Administer blood draws and IV vitamin therapies in collaboration with the wellness side of the business.
Stay up to date on all 4Ever Young products and services, answer patient questions and make recommendations for wellness consultations where needed.
Be familiar with 4Ever Young membership programs and promotions so you can make recommendations that will help patients save money and maximize aesthetic results.
Daily Operations
Follow 4Ever Young procedures for patient check-in, check-out, rooming, follow-ups, and other aspects of daily operations.
Maintain comprehensive charts and clinical documentation and maintain patient files.
Work with the medical team to ensure adequate inventory of product, medical supplies and other materials are always in stock.
Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines.
Follow 4Ever Young dress code when on duty or representing 4Ever Young in the community; maintain a professional appearance and high standards at all times.
Required
· Two plus years of neurotoxin and dermal filler experience, biostimulators a plus.
· Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
· Deep and broad knowledge of various med spa services and skin care products and services.
· Maintain yearly continuing education and stay current on product lines & services.
Preferred
· Active on social media with a large following; skilled with organic sales and marketing.
· Familiar with hormone replacement, IV therapies and medical weight loss treatments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
