Position Essential Functions:
Responsible for preparation, cooking, and presentation of food and is responsible for greeting every guest/customer with a smile and positive attitude, preparing and presenting items, organizing and maintaining a clean service area, cleaning tables and area, and following all health codes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an inventory of needed supplies, ensuring all areas are clean before shift, and being familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours. Must be able to stand during entire shift. Must take computer based training.

Guest/Food Service: Ensures that all guests are dealt with in a professional, consistent manner. Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people. Ensures entire food selection is available daily and hours of operation are strictly adhered to. Monitors and inspects all food & beverage deliveries, ensuring portion controls are complied with.
Inventory: Assist with daily/weekly/monthly food and beverage inventories.
Must Arrive at 5:00am Monday-Sunday
Breakfast is open Monday-Friday 6:30am- 9:00am and Saturday - Sunday 7:00am- 9:30am
