The Spa Lounge is one of Utah’s fastest-growing day spa brands, known for exceptional guest care and a warm, team-centered environment. With thriving locations across the Wasatch Front and more on the way, we’re excited to continue our expansion in Utah County with our beautiful new Lehi spa.
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Spa Manager to lead our Lehi team and ensure an exceptional guest experience every day.
Position Overview
As the Spa Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, lead a talented team of service providers and front desk staff, and ensure every client receives outstanding service from the moment they walk in. You’ll play a key role in hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining operational flow and team morale.
This is a full-time, salaried position requiring weekend availability and on-site leadership. You will report directly to ownership and collaborate with other location managers as part of our growing leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure all service standards and protocols are followed
- Lead, coach, and support service providers and front desk staff
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and time-off requests
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure appointment accuracy and correct provider/service matching
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering as needed
- Complete Daily Manager Checklists and submit required reports
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment
- Work with ownership on location goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or retail setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable holding staff accountable and motivating a team
- Skilled at resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn booking/POS systems
- Able to work weekends and evenings as part of a flexible full-time schedule
