Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities by performing custodial duties including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and surface disinfection.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of floors.
- Assist with residential painting and minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
- Carry out commercial cleaning duties in various settings while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain an organized supply inventory for cleaning materials.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of different flooring types.
- Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks alongside regular cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.91 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
