Job Description
Seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Coaches to join our team! You’ll inspire students in grades K-8 to stay active, develop teamwork skills, and embrace a healthy lifestyle through engaging sports, fitness activities, and wellness education.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic, structured coaching sessions
- Promote physical fitness, coordination, and sportsmanship in a safe, inclusive environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain and organize sports equipment
- Assess student progress periodically
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Relevant coaching experience (min. 2 years)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for fitness, sports, and working with youth
- CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)
- Certification (preferred)
- Background check is mandatory
- If not a US Citizen you must submit a copy of you Employment Authorization or Green card
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: TBD
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
