We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Check-In/Out Clerk to be the first point of contact for our patients. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Reception: Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources.
- Patient Information: Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to the appropriate staff members.
- Billing and Payments: Process payments, provide receipts, and assist with billing questions.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred, especially in an imaging center.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and other office technology.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Availability: Available to work Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday shifts in the future.
