Current Open Position:
Part-Time Opening & Closing Teacher
We are in search of a reliable, caring team member to help with opening and/or closing classrooms each day. Position would be around 15hours per week, with additional subbing hours as needed when classrooms need coverage.
✨ Flexible Schedule Options:
- Split Shift: 6:30am–8:00am & 4:00pm–5:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm–5:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Supervise children during morning drop-off and/or afternoon pick-up times.
- Assist with classroom transitions and routines.
- Maintain KDHE licensing ratios, rules, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Support lead teachers by preparing the room, tidying up, or assisting with closing tasks.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
- Communicate and embody Little Railers’ mission, values, and policies in a positive and respectful manner.
- Be open and willing to learn and grow with our team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
