The Farm Italy at Mohegan Sun is a trend setting restaurant and social venue located within Mohegan Sun Casino. We are looking to add a professional food runner that is energetic, polished, FAST, exceptionally knowledgeable about food, service and the restaurant business. Applicants must be able to provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests in the busiest and one of the highest rated restaurants in Mohegan Sun. If you have these qualities, 5 years experience as a server assistant (busser) or food runner and would like to work in a passionate restaurant environment, then please send us your resume and a few sentences that tell us about who you are.
Our food runners must possess these skills:

* Passionate about providing ALL people with the best experience possible
* Ability to listen and communicate effectively with patrons and other restaurant team members
* Be able to perform calmly and effectively under pressure
* Possess Italian food knowledge
* Casino restaurant experience is a big plus
*Must Be able to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
